Our current house espresso comes from the legendary Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica — the largest farm in the country and one of the most celebrated in all of Central America. Managed by award-winning producer Diego Robelo, Aquiares has become a model for what specialty coffee production can look like when quality, community, and sustainability are treated as inseparable.
This washed Caturra, profiled specifically for espresso, delivers everything we look for on the bar: approachable and beautifully balanced, with notes of raspberry, apricot, and cinnamon roll that pull sweet and round under pressure. A house espresso that works equally well as a straight shot or as the backbone of any milk drink on the menu.
All online orders ship Mondays and Thursdays.
Pick up orders will be fulfilled on Mondays and Thursdays. Your order will be processed on the next closest fulfillment day and ready for pickup after 5pm the following day (Tuesday or Friday) at your selected location. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up!
