In the early DOCR days, Stephanie would play music from open to close in the Rochester cafe. She’s now a touring musician in Nashville where she leads DOCR’s music booking!

Vice President of Personnel

As an ordained minister, Kevin honorably married Nate and his lovely now-wife Olivia in the fall of 2023. He also plays the guitar and piano and he's a huge Bruce Springsteen fan.

Director of Finance

Christian loves playing with numbers, but when he’s not at his desk, you can catch him behind a boat wakeboarding, throwing a ball for his border collie, Beau, or playing hockey with friends on a Sunday evening.

Headquarters + Production Manager

A versatile individual with a love for life's simple pleasures like cooking and art, Anthony finds solace in pedaling through city streets on his bike. He lives in the charming neighborhood of Hamtramck and shares their home with a furry companion, Pierogi, a cat he rescued from his neighborhood.

Head of Sales

Colin has been a part of the coffee world for nearly 14 years. From his early days as a latte art nerd to managing and training teams across multiple cafes, and from roasting to quality control, Colin has dabbled in nearly every corner of the coffee industry. On his days off, you can find him painting anything from a small canvas to a full-scale mural on the side of a building. The rest of his free time is spent playing kendama, bouldering, and baking sourdough.

Regional Manager

Marley loves exploring the outdoors, books of all kinds, banana cream pie, and her two very gifted and exceptional cats, Toad and Huey. 0:-)

Company Administrator

Sydney is a self-proclaimed workaholic, spending weekends at Eastern Market and always keeping busy at DOCR helping just about every team member. When not working, she's likely indulging in her love for sitcoms or doting on her cat, Grum. Sydney genuinely believes that every vehicle and plant deserves a proper name. Her ultimate weakness? Anything in olive green — it’s more than a color, it’s a way of life.

Distribution Coordinator

Kyle is a music tech nerd who loves exploring all things gear, with a soft spot for vintage tech. He drives a 2006 Lincoln Town Car and can even refurbish your old iPod Classic.

Head of Drink Innovation

Over the years, Mar has always found themselves in the culinary arts world, whether crafting food or creating fun and unique beverages. When they're not planning our next Signature or Seasonal Drink releases, they're likely experimenting with scents and perfumes, a niche hobby they're deeply passionate about. In their free time, Mar enjoys making art, collecting physical media, and spending time with their wife, Jade, and their two sweet cats, Luna and Spoons.

Graphic Design + Marketing Lead

Amelia likes to think she isn't a hoarder, but her endless supply of vintage milk glass vases and ceramic creamers say otherwise. She frequently utters the words "Long live print!" and is obsessed with all things branding.
