We're at 927 Hilton Rd., Ferndale, MI 48220. Our newest location opened in 2023 and spans nearly 9,000 sq ft. As our official headquarters, it houses our roastery, bakery, training lab, and offices.

Free street parking is available on Hilton Rd., along with a free parking lot just south of the cafe. Parking is also available on the surrounding residential streets, but we ask that you be respectful and mindful of our neighbors. Don't block any driveways, park in any restricted lots, or in areas with NO PARKING signs. Please read and follow any posted signage.

Yes! Free wifi is always available, as long as there aren't any issues with our internet provider. Ask a team member for our network name and password, or see posted signs throughout the cafe!

Absolutely. Our spacious Ferndale Cafe + HQ is a great spot to get work done or catch up with friends. Free wifi and outlets are available.

Our Ferndale cafe has plenty of seating for lounging and working. Bistro style tables are scattered throughout the cafe, with bar seating also available along with couches and chairs. Seating is first come, first served, and we don't limit how much time you spend at our cafes.

Only service animals are permitted inside our cafe, per Michigan law. If you're just popping in to grab a to-go drink with your pup, we won't say a word as long as you make it quick!

Yes, we have two available restrooms for customers!

We offer a rotating menu of single-origin pour overs, espresso-based drinks, house-made syrups, seasonal beverages, and several teas, plus desserts, crepes, and pastries. See our full menu here!

Yes! We hold a weekly Open Mic Night every Tuesday from 6-8pm, with signup starting 30 minutes before the start time. 

We also host Pasted World's monthly Color & Coffee event that rotates through each DOCR cafe. Follow us on Instagram to see when the next one is happening!

We don't offer order-ahead or mobile ordering. We value our human connection with our customers and communities too much! 

However, if you'd like to place a large order for coffee, cheesecake, or several pastries in our Baker's Bundle for an office party, meeting, or gathering, visit our in-house Bakery's website to view our menu and place an order. We offer 96oz coffee travelers for smaller groups of 10-12, or Brew for a Crew for 50+ people. 

You can also place an order for coffee travelers in-person — typically a 15-minute wait time — or over the phone by calling ahead to our Detroit Cafe at 248-677-3116

Yes! We highly recommend signing up as soon as you can. It comes with plenty of perks, including a free drink on your birthday, and we'll let you know when you're nearing a reward. Feel free to ask our friendly baristas for more information about our Loyalty Program, or look for posted signage displayed in our cafe. You can also sign up before or after your transaction while you're at our Detroit Cafe.
