INTRODUCING OPEN LAB HOURS
GET YOURSELF IN THE LAB @ DOCR HQ
We’re opening up our Training Lab for anyone and everyone to use our equipment, coffee, milk and more. This is a chance to sharpen your espresso preparation skills or get some reps on latte art! Are you training for a throw down or competition? Do you want the chance to use a Slayer espresso machine? Or do you just want some one-on-one time with our DOCR Education Department to hone in on your at-home brewing methods? Check out the options below and sign up for session today!
INDIVIDUAL LAB HOURS
This is for those who may already have experience being a barista (either in a coffee shop or at home!) and need to train for latte art throw downs, competitions or any certification testing. Our Educators will be present to administer you as you navigate a new space, but won't be providing any specialized training.

Atucún Coffee Bar
Coffee in bar form — made by Atucún with Ethiopia Chelbessa, roasted at DOCR's Ferndale HQ + Coffee Shop. This bar has tasting note of fruity pebbles, florals, orange marmalade. It's made with only three ingredients that are thoughtfully and ethically-sourced.
