Grown by members of Cooperativa Las Victorias, this washed lot brings sweetness, structure, and fruit-forward clarity to the bar. Expect cherry-cola vibrancy up front, warm brown sugar throughout, and a subtle apricot nuance that adds a gentle lift to both straight shots and milk drinks.

This marks our first partnership with this producer in the U.S., and we’re excited to feature their work in our espresso program.

Producers & Cooperative
Finca Santa Melida is one of twelve partner farms within Cooperativa Agropecuaria de Producción Las Victorias del Balcón R.L. in San Juan del Rio Coco. Though newly organized, the cooperative is built on decades of farming expertise — producers who joined together to access better markets, certifications, and resources.

Their operations are organic-certified and rooted in environmentally mindful practices, with farms ranging 1200–2100 masl.

Varietals & Processing
This washed lot blends Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai, and Caturra, providing a clean, structured base ideal for espresso profiling.

Flavor Profile
Expect syrupy sweetness and excellent stability, with notes of brown sugar, cherry cola, and apricot, finishing smooth and balanced.
