Burundi Mutana Hill

From Mutana Hill in Burundi’s Kayanza region, this washed Bourbon was processed at Heza washing station through the Long Miles Coffee Project. The lot combines five harvest deliveries, with cherries hand-picked, sorted, and double-fermented before drying on raised beds for 16–20 days. In the cup, fig and red currant meet delicate chamomile florals, with a clean sweetness and tea-like finish.
